Pickup Day

Once you've received a text confirmation for your order, prepare for our seamless door-to-door pickup by bagging your laundry in our reusable tote, or any plastic bag for your first time.

Delivery Day

You'll receive an order ready notification for your laundry and an ETA for when to expect it. It will be delivered right to your door. Fresh clean laundry that is put-away-ready.

  • Do you offer any pickup and delivery services?

    Yes! That's what makes our service special. You don't have to move it past your doorstep, we pick up, clean it, and drop it off. For you, out of sight out of mind.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major modern payments: Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, if you prefer to pay with cash give us a call!

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our pick-up and delivery services are 8-5 M -F, however, we process your laundry around the clock!

  • Do you offer any services for stain removal or ironing?

    Moderate stain treatment is included with all services. If you have heavily soiled or stained clothing leave us a note about the article of clothing when placing your order. We will use industry best effort to remove stains from your garments.

  • Do you offer any services for washing large or bulky items?

    Of course! Comforters, large bedding, washable rugs you name it. Take a look at our add-on services. If you don't see what you need on the list get a hold of us and we'll let you know if it is something we can service!
